Bee Update: Feisty Girls!
No photos this week (fortnight?) of my bee inspection on account of camera battery death. Really it’s just a lot of the same as last inspection (although it would have been nice to get a picture of the very beginnings of a comb, it was so little!).

Bee Update: COMB!
So a week and a half ago I inspected my bees, and they hadn’t yet built a single bit of comb. Nope, not a bit. Worried, I tried to feed them sugar syrup and pollen replacer, but they wouldn’t touch it. I watched them for a short while almost every day, and they were consistently busy, coming and going in a steady tide, the foragers returning heavy with supplies.

Warning: This Post Contains Swears
So today at work I had a super dyslexic moment. I was scanning some packages of tea or something, and on the shipping label it said:
STARBUCKS COFFEE SHOP
SHIPPING MANAGER
But my brain took the "UCKS" and the "ING" and did some creative rearranging til I read "THE FUCKING COFFEE SHOP"
Of course at 4am this was hilarious, so I told the guys. And this is what happened:
Wess: The Fucking Coffee Shop! Come n' get yer fucking coffee!
Dylan: I want some fucking cream in my fucking coffee!
Wess: I want a fucking cappuccino!
Dylan: And some fucking sugar! You don't have fucking sugar? Well I guess I'll settle for some fucking sweet n' low!
Wess: This isn't a very child-friendly atmosphere.
